Shipping is treated as a separate consideration from the core tier mechanics. This section is the single source of truth for shipping across all tiers and regions. The agency should ensure consistency wherever shipping is mentioned — on the membership page, in the cart, in fulfilment emails, and on the FAQ.
Where S.E.L.F. ships
At launch, S.E.L.F. ships within Malaysia only — both Peninsular and East Malaysia. International shipping is not offered at launch. This is a deliberate decision: we will reach further when we can do it carefully.
