Is the Elite membership renewable?
When your 2-year term is ending, we will offer you a special renewal price to maintain your Elite status, so you never lose your benefits.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), online bank transfers, and popular e-wallet like Touch ‘n Go. All payments are processed securely.

Can I use your products if I have sensitive skin?
Yes! We offer a range of gentle, fragrance-free products specifically formulated for sensitive skin. We recommend doing a patch test behind your ear or on your inner arm for 24 hours before full application.
Do your products contain parabens or sulfates?
No. Our formulations are free from parabens, sulfates (SLS/SLES), and phthalates. We prioritize clean, skin-loving ingredients.
How do I choose the right bag size?
Each product page includes detailed dimensions (Length × Height × Width) in centimeters. We recommend comparing these to items you already own or using a ruler to visualize the size. For reference, most of our current bags comfortably fit a wallet, phone, keys, and small cosmetic pouch.
Do your bags have inner pockets and compartments?
Yes! We design our bags with practicality in mind. Most styles include inner pockets for organization and some feature external compartments for easy access to frequently used items like phones or keys. Check individual product descriptions for specific pocket details.
How do I clean and care for my jute or canvas bag?
Canvas: Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Air dry completely. Avoid machine washing.
Jute: Gently brush off dirt with a soft brush. For stains, use a slightly damp cloth and blot gently. Never soak jute bags as this may damage the natural fibers.
For both: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use.

Can I upgrade from Explorer Pass to Elite Pass later?
Yes! You can upgrade to the Elite Pass at any time. You’ll only pay the difference (RM 100) and receive all the enhanced Elite benefits immediately.
What benefits do I get when I upgrade?
When you upgrade, you’ll receive:
Additional 10% discount on your upgrade purchase (making it 25% off)
1 additional year of membership (2 years total from upgrade date)

Do I get another welcome kit when I upgrade?
No, the welcome kit is a one-time benefit per customer. Since you already received your Explorer welcome kit, we focus the Elite upgrade value on additional discounts, longer duration, and bonus bubbles.
Do I get another free shipping benefit when I upgrade?
Your free shipping benefit continues as part of your Elite status (on orders over RM 50). The no-minimum free shipping is a one-time welcome benefit that doesn’t repeat.
Can I use the 10% upgrade discount with other promotions?
The 10% upgrade discount is stackable with your Elite member discount but cannot be combined with other site-wide sales.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship within Malaysia. We are working to expand our reach and will announce any new shipping destinations on our website and social media channels.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Fashion items must be unworn for full refunds. Skincare can be gently used (up to 25%) for store credit.
How do I start a return?
Email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order details.
What items cannot be returned?
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings, bodysuits, or intimate wear. We also cannot accept personalized items or heavily used skincare.
When will I get my refund?
Within 5-10 business days after we receive your return.
Do you offer full refunds?
Yes! For unworn fashion items with original tags attached. For skincare, we offer full refunds for unopened or defective products.
